Low-Carb Sweet Potato Chili Will Warm You Up Without Weighing You Down

Stacked with Italian hotdog, sweet potatoes, and vegetables, this is a stew that will warm you up without overloading you.

2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil 

1 medium onion, hacked 

1 chime pepper, hacked 

3 cloves garlic, squashed 

1 tbsp. tomato glue 

450 g Italian hotdog 

1 tbsp. stew powder 

1 tsp. dried oregano 

1/2 tsp. garlic powder 

1/4 tsp. cayenne 


Newly ground dark pepper 

4 huge sweet potatoes, stripped and cubed into 2.5cm pieces 

720 mL low-sodium chicken stock 

1 (400g) can cleaved tomatoes 

Crisply slashed parsley, for serving 


In an enormous pot over medium warmth, heat oil. Include onion and ringer pepper and cook until delicate, 5 minutes. Include garlic and cook until fragrant, brief increasingly, at that point include tomato glue and mix until very much covered.
